“I’m happy with this company for so many reasons. Mainly because I don’t even have to think about it. We have so much to handle at the fire station. We call them when needed and they take care of everything accumulated from our runs and people dropping off their needles and medicine.”

Founded in the early 1800s and incorporated in 1911, Chula Vista has evolved from an agricultural center known for lemon orchards to a bustling, modern city with diverse neighborhoods and a booming economy. Today, the city is home to landmarks such as the Living Coast Discovery Center, a coastal wildlife refuge, and the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre, a popular concert venue. Chula Vista’s central location in Southern California also places it within easy reach of major cities like San Diego to the north and Tijuana, Mexico, to the south.

About Chula Vista, California
Chula Vista is the second largest city, by area, within San Diego County. Owning up to its Spanish name origins – beautiful view – Chula Vista is located in the South Bay region of San Diego County, between the foothills of the Jamul and San Ysidro Mountains (including Lower Otay Reservoir) and San Diego Bay on its east and west extremes, and the Sweetwater River and Otay River at its north and south extremes. The geography of Chula Vista is impacted by the La Nacion and Rose Canyon Fault zones; it has moved rocks from Pleistocene and younger eras. Yet, as late as 13,000 years ago, soils in the Rancho del Rey area have been unaffected by fault activity.
