“I’m happy with this company for so many reasons. Mainly because I don’t even have to think about it. We have so much to handle at the fire station. We call them when needed and they take care of everything accumulated from our runs and people dropping off their needles and medicine.”

Medical Waste Disposal in Mountain View, California
Mountain View’s economy is driven by innovation, and that extends to healthcare and life sciences. From cutting-edge medical research labs to well-established medical centers such as El Camino Health – Mountain View Hospital, the city hosts a wide variety of medical waste-generating facilities. These operations produce a mix of regulated waste types, including sharps, biohazards, pathological waste, and pharmaceutical waste, all of which must be disposed of according to strict California law.
Given the high concentration of biotech firms and private research institutions, Mountain View’s facilities often have more specialized waste disposal needs than a standard clinic or dental office. This is why a flexible and responsive partner like MedWaste Management is so valuable to the local medical community.

Staying Ahead of California’s Medical Waste Regulations
The state of California enforces one of the most rigorous regulatory frameworks in the country when it comes to medical waste disposal. Under the Medical Waste Management Act, facilities that generate regulated waste are legally responsible for correct segregation, containment, labeling, transportation, and final treatment of that waste.
For a fast-paced, innovation-driven city like Mountain View, staying compliant is crucial not only for safety but for protecting business reputations. Facilities can reference the California Department of Public Health for detailed guidance on waste classifications and proper handling procedures.
MedWaste Management simplifies compliance through reliable service and easy access to the documentation and tools your team needs to stay audit-ready at all times.

What’s the difference between a contract and a service agreement?

It is not a locked contract, and you may cancel or change services at anytime without fees, penalties or damages. See a sample of the MedWaste service agreement that is currently in use here.
When do you bill for the service and how can invoices be paid?
MedWaste will send an invoice at month’s end for all services performed and products delivered during that month.
The invoice is due 15 days after its receipt. You will be asked if you’d like to receive your invoices through email or regular mail. All invoices can be paid with credit card or check.
