“I’m happy with this company for so many reasons. Mainly because I don’t even have to think about it. We have so much to handle at the fire station. We call them when needed and they take care of everything accumulated from our runs and people dropping off their needles and medicine.”

Staying Compliant with California’s Medical Waste Standards
California enforces some of the strictest medical waste regulations in the country through the Medical Waste Management Act. This comprehensive law outlines how different types of medical waste must be handled, stored, labeled, transported, and disposed of to protect public health and the environment.
From red bag waste and sharps containers to pharmaceutical disposal, every healthcare facility is responsible for following detailed protocols to stay in compliance. Facilities can find helpful guidance through the California Department of Public Health, which offers regulations, resources, and FAQs related to medical waste management.
MedWaste Management helps simplify compliance by providing clients with the tools and support they need, including training modules, compliant containers, secure documentation, and reliable transport logistics.

It is not a locked contract, and you may cancel or change services at anytime without fees, penalties or damages. See a sample of the MedWaste service agreement that is currently in use here.
When do you bill for the service and how can invoices be paid?
MedWaste will send an invoice at month’s end for all services performed and products delivered during that month.
The invoice is due 15 days after its receipt. You will be asked if you’d like to receive your invoices through email or regular mail. All invoices can be paid with credit card or check.
