“I’m happy with this company for so many reasons. Mainly because I don’t even have to think about it. We have so much to handle at the fire station. We call them when needed and they take care of everything accumulated from our runs and people dropping off their needles and medicine.”

California Compliance: What You Need to Know
Under the Medical Waste Management Act, all medical waste generators in California must follow specific rules related to labeling, containment, storage, transport, and final disposal. From sharps containers to pharmaceutical segregation, every aspect of waste management must align with regulations enforced by the California Department of Public Health.
Non-compliance can result in financial penalties, reputational damage, and safety risks. That’s why many Alameda healthcare providers rely on trusted resources like the California Department of Public Health for guidance and updates.
MedWaste Management goes a step further by actively helping clients remain audit-ready through access to training materials, manifest tracking, and hands-on support.

It is not a locked contract, and you may cancel or change services at anytime without fees, penalties or damages. See a sample of the MedWaste service agreement that is currently in use here.
When do you bill for the service and how can invoices be paid?
MedWaste will send an invoice at month’s end for all services performed and products delivered during that month.
The invoice is due 15 days after its receipt. You will be asked if you’d like to receive your invoices through email or regular mail. All invoices can be paid with credit card or check.
