What types of waste removal do you provide?
There are several different types of medical waste that we are fully licensed and trained to remove.
- Biohazard Waste: Waste removed from a human or animal by way of medical procedure that is thought to contain a pathogen.
- Sharps Waste: Any tool or utensil used in medical procedure with a sharp edge, such as scalpels and syringes.
- Pharmaceutical Waste: Drugs and prescriptions that have expired or otherwise been deemed unfit for use.
- Pathology Waste: Human body parts removed during surgery (with the exception of teeth).
Can you provide storage options for my medical waste?
Yes! We have a store on our website where you can order waste, sharps, and hazardous materials containers as well as labeling sheets and wall mounting hardware. Everything that you need to store your medical waste until the time that we come retrieve it can be purchased in our shop.
When can you pick up my medical waste?
That’s entirely up to you! We offer several service packages that can be scheduled on a quarterly, monthly, bimonthly, weekly, or custom basis, or you can arrange to have your waste collected on call when you request it. By scheduling regularly with us, you’ll receive the benefit of having your price locked in for 24 months. However, you will not be charged for changing or cancelling service, ever. There are no surprise fees in our invoices. We operate on a strict basis of mutual respect and trust, and part of our priority is that you always know exactly what you’re paying for.
How much will my standard price go up after 24 months?
This varies from customer to customer, but it is common for a client’s price to stay the same for several years. Prices can increase based on location and type of waste, but you will always receive a month’s notice and a request for your consent before your price changes.
Which counties in California do you service?
We have processing plants in both Northern and Southern California, and are able to offer our services to every county. That’s right, no matter where you are in California, you can contact us for our services, and we will be able to set up a continued or one-time service plan for you and your unique medical waste situation. Prices can vary based on your location, as well as other factors such as the type of waste.
